Biography

Charles is a born and bred Montrealer. He is a young, energetic and dynamic professional. In addition to his real estate expertise, Charles also concentrated on project management, having obtained an Advanced Project Management certification from McGill University.

His knowledge in finance, investment properties, in addition to daycares, residential and commercial real estate projects allows him to offer his clients the full service and support needed to achieve the highest rate of return on real estate investments.

Charles has proven abilities in Real Estate sales, leasing, marketing, project management, return-on-investment forecasting, E-marketing and software. He has also received the Director's Platinum Award – Royal Le Page (for agents who achieved a top 5% sales earnings of overall residential listings.) and is determined to put this expertise to good use with Remax Action Westmount and the Downtown Realty Team.

Charles' experience representing a Real Estate Holding Company in a condo conversion project has allowed him to develop a unique and diverse skill-set.
